Placing an implant under the muscle, for example, can result in dislocation due to constant muscle activity over time. So, we adopted a new breast augmentation procedure developed in Europe called "subfascial" procedure that places the implant between the breast muscle and the fibrous sheath that covers it, resulting in firmer support and lasting results. Eyelid surgery removes that excess fat and skin from the upper or lower lid, helping the eyes to look larger and more youthful.

For the upper eyelid, the procedure involves making an incision in the natural skin fold and removing excess fatty tissue, while on the lower eyelid the incision is under the eyelash line or inside of the lower lid. In both cases, the incisions become invisible after healing.
